Globe light bulbs, also known as the G25 are best featured in bathrooms and vanity strip lighting fixtures. These bulbs are generally sold in two standard wattages- the 40 watt incandescent equivalent and the 60 watt incandescent equivalent. If selecting a compact fluorescent, LED or halogen technology, you can use as little as 5-10 watts of actual electricity. All of these technologies are more energy efficient than the incandescent bulb and allows each of us to do our part in sustaining a greener environment.
